Dandelion: Inclusive and Inspiring Communities Fund: Community groups and non-profit organisations looking to get started with growing their own food, and celebrating with a harvest festival, can apply for grants of up to £2000. Nature of Scotland Awards 2022: Entries are now open for these awards until 30 May. Designed got celebrate inspirational people, projects and partnerships in different aspects of nature conservation. Entries are free, and there are ten categories to choose from. Find out more here.
Remake Board Trustee Opportunity: Remake is an environmental charity with social impact. They inspire, supply and support sustainable living through their Reuse Hub, Tool Library and Repair Workshops. Their vision is to inspire second-hand to become first choice and for sustainable living to become embedded within the community. As they develop and grow, they are looking for new Trustees to join the Board. Tayside Woodland Partnerships Treasurer: This recently formed Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) is looking for a part time Treasurer on a voluntary basis to maintain their financial records. At the present moment they have about 40 members from around Tayside and their main purpose is to promote the creation of new Community Woodlands in partnership with landowners in the Tayside region. They are looking for advice and help to broaden the sources of funding. Perthshire Open Studios Online Survey: Perthshire Open Studios would like to hear from local creatives in order to help shape the event going forward in 2023 and beyond.
