ASH Scotland Young People and Mental Health Fund: Youth organisations in Scotland who are developing new resources and approaches around smoking and mental health and wellbeing for young people can apply for up to £2500. Deadline 25 September. Find out more here.
Women in Enterprise Cross Party Group: This session with Women's Enterprise Scotland will cover the topic of procurement, specifically highlighting the challenges faced by women-led small businesses throughout the procurement process. Takes place on Wednesday the 14 September at 6pm on Zoom. Register on Eventbrite here.
Watch Out for New Facebook Scam: A new Facebook scam sees users receive a genuine email/notification from Facebook, saying another page has mentioned them in a comment or post. This page will often have a name implying it is a Facebook affiliate page. The page mention will say you need to verify your account, followed by a link. Do not click on this link, instead click on the 3 dots on the right and report it to Facebook as a scam.
The Community Environment Challenge Fund: Community groups in Perth and Kinross with projects making a significant difference to the local environment can apply for between £2,500 up to a maximum of £10,000, with 50% match funding. Find out more here.
